A Note On COVID-19
We are all aware of the spread of COVID-19 and how it is affecting every one of us. The dynamic nature of this situation means things are changing and we want to let you know how we are addressing it. The safety and health of our communities, including our loyal customers and associates are the utmost importance to us.
As we start to slowly come back to "normalcy", we would like to inform you of the precautionary measures we are taking to keep our employees and customers safe. As mandated, all our employees wear masks when they enter into the building and as an extra measure of safety, we have mandated our packers to wipe each packing stations throughout the day and have required them to wear gloves while packing. What that means for the customer is each package is packed with extra precaution so you have peace-of-mind when you receive it. We know these are unprecedented times and we want to make sure we put the safety of our customers and employees at the forefront.
Returns: Free Returns (limited time offering) during this COVID-19 crisis, US only (excludes Puerto Rico, Alaska, & Hawaii). Returns are extended to 45 days from the ship date.
Exchanges: We are happily accepting exchanges. Once an exchange has been requested, a return label will be provided for you which must be dropped off and scanned before we're able to send out any replacements.
