A Note On COVID-19
We are all aware of the spread of COVID-19 and how it is affecting every one of us. The dynamic nature of this situation means things are changing and we want to let you know how we are addressing it. The safety and health of our communities, including our loyal customers and associates are the utmost importance to us.
As a Los Angeles based company, we must comply with the “Safer at Home” order where essentially everyone is staying home. The team is working from home, and we are making changes in the fulfillment department where shipping and returns is handled. As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe, it may take us slightly longer than usual to process returns. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Returns: We are now offering FREE mail returns. We will be extending our return policy by another 10 days for any purchases made in March 2020.
Exchanges: We will be issuing store credit in the form of e-gift cards for all exchanges to ensure there are no delays in processing exchanges. For all exchange inquiries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
