Online purchases are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the ship date.
Any purchases made from the 27th November 2019 can be returned up until 15th January 2020.
Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, and/or missing tags will be refused.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
We only accept returns that were purchased via our website 'Shopskiesareblue.com'. Any orders placed from other retailers will not be eligible for return.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. Once the return has been approved, an exchange or refund will be issued. Please note, refunds may take up to 2-10 business days to post back into your account.
Exchanges will be provided a mailing label, refunds must be returned at customer's expense.
Mailing labels can be provided for refunds per request; however $6.00 will be deducted from the refund.
Please save your tracking number as we are not liable for lost packages.
