Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders $65 and over. 
Is there a cut-off time for rush shipping?
Yes, orders marked rushed will be shipped same day if received before 1 pm PST Monday through Friday. If an order is received after 1 pm PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day. 
What happens if my package is lost or I’ve never received it?
SKIES ARE BLUE offers Navidium Shipping Protection on all online orders. At checkout, you can opt-in or remove Shipping Protection.
For orders with Navidium Shipping Protection applied, please contact us at info@shopskiesareblue.com  to file a claim on your lost, stolen or damaged package. Prior to submitting a claim, allow 72 hours to pass from last checkpoint for any non-expedited shipments as there may be delays with carriers.
SKIES ARE BLUE is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages on orders where the customer opted out of Shipping Protection for packages reported lost or stolen outside of the coverage timeline offered which is 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping to certain territories and plan to offer more in the near future. Please reach out directly to info@shopskiesareblue.com if you have specific questions on countries that are available to ship. We would be more than happy to further assist you.

How can I cancel or change my order?
We work very quickly to ensure timely delivery of your order which means we are fast with shipping out your order. We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications after orders have been submitted. Processing fees such as credit card fees will not be refunded on cancellations. Please review your order carefully prior to check out. Please contact our Customer Care Team for any other questions related to your order and they’ll be able to assist you with this.

Do you charge for returns or exchanges?
Each generated label will incur a $5.95 deduction from the total refund. We provide free labels for exchanges within 30 days.



Do you price adjust?
Yes, we do accommodate price adjustments, as long as it’s within 14 days of the order date. The adjustment is given in form of a store credits. We DO NOT adjust prices on items purchased from other retailers.

Plus Collection

What happened to your plus size collection? 
While an utmost important goal is to remain inclusive in sizing, we have evolved to be more sustainable in our practice as a brand to not overproduce. We have made the conscious decision to change how we produce styles which affects our plus line range (1X-3X) offered on the site. The plus collection has been replaced with 'Extended Sizing' collection as we'd like to offer a full range through XL-X3 with our loved styles. We hope to expand this to cover majority of our styles in the near future.
